Maribelia Avalos founded CASA FC in 2008 in Colorado with just a laptop and eight players, aiming to create better opportunities for youth through soccer. Over time, the club grew into a competitive program with more than 7,000 players across the Denver Metro area. A passionate athlete herself, Maribelia believes sports can transform lives and help young people reach their full potential. She built CASA FC on the principles of affordability and providing opportunities for talent from underserved communities. Alongside leading the club, she is also a board member of the Soccer For Life Foundation and the founder of Masfit, a fitness and wellness facility in Denver. Morgan Murray is an experienced soccer coach who has worked with several Colorado clubs, including U23 FC Denver, Colorado Storm, Real Colorado, FC Boulder, Trebol SC, and Parker FC. Growing up in Littleton, Colorado, he played multiple sports and scored over 200 goals for Littleton United between 2003–2008. Jami Cobb was appointed as the Women’s Head Coach of FC Denver, bringing decades of experience in Colorado soccer as both a player and coach. She was a nationally recognized player, part of the U.S. National Team pool, a high school and college All-American, and the first woman to play in a men’s professional indoor league. Jami has coached multiple women’s semi-pro teams and served as a National Champion ODP State Select Coach as well as a Colorado Rush and Colorado Rapids Girls Select coach. Most recently, she coached one of the top U19 girls teams in the state with Colorado Rapids.
